Jorge Betancourt, or "Polanco" as he is known in artistic circles, is the art director for El Tiempo newspaper in Las Vegas, Nevada. An accomplished painter, as well as digital artist, he is also the author/illustrator of Dreamygirl's Field of Wishes/Ensoñación y el Jardin de Sueños (Stephens Press).
